Immerse yourself in a mindful practice that seamlessly blends gentle yoga postures, deep breathing techniques, and subtle body exercises. This beginner-friendly class aims to ease soreness, engage connective tissues, and provide time to restore and rejuvenate. Please bring a comfortable yoga mat to ground yourself. Optionally, consider bringing blocks, straps, pillows or towels to enhance your relaxation during the poses.

Lisa Newkirk

With over 25 years of practice, Lisa has honed her skills and deepened her understanding by completing over 400 hours of yoga teacher training with Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and CorePower yoga. Lisa believes that yoga transcends the physical realm expanding to mental, emotional, and spiritual growth. Regardless of age or background, everyone can explore yoga. Lisa's passion for teaching stems from her desire to share this transformative practice with others.
